**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of our crypto exchange platform in Brazil. As a Product Manager for Crypto Payments, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and ongoing improvements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the crypto exchange platform, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the Brazilian crypto and fintech sectors.
  • Create and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on market demand and strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create scalable, user-friendly solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Write clear and detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) to ensure effective communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge product success and make data-driven decisions.
  • Analyze user data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points through direct interactions and data analysis.
  • Manage backlogs, plan sprints, conduct retrospectives, and support team progress to ensure efficient product development.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Over 2 years of experience as a Product Manager in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry.
  • Proven success in managing product launches within the Brazilian market.
  • Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and fintech products, with a passion for decentralized finance.
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile and Scrum, and tools like Asana, JIRA, Notion, and Figma.
  • Experience in website development and optimization.
  • In-depth understanding of the Brazilian financial and regulatory landscape.
  • Knowledge of local consumer behavior and market dynamics in Brazil.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
