About the Role

Amazon Servicos De Varejo Do Brasil Ltda. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the Payments Refund Program in their Payment Business Operation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technical teams to enhance payment products and customer experience.
  • Extract insights from data to drive business decisions.
  • Identify payment gaps within Amazon by analyzing internal and external data.
  • Develop actionable improvement plans to address customer pain points.
  • Evaluate payment partners to improve Amazon's payment operations and reduce friction in the payment experience.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to prioritize, scope, and roll out fixes or additional features.
Requirements
  • Product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience owning technology products.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in data analysis.
  • Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL.
