Job Title: Payment Partnership Manager

PPRO is a leading fintech company that provides digital payment solutions to businesses and banks, enabling them to scale their local payment services through a single connection. Our platform partners with prominent payment providers like Stripe and PayPal to boost conversions and simplify local payments.

Job Summary:

The primary objective of this role is to drive significant growth in our business with existing payment partners. You will be responsible for nurturing these relationships, working closely with our product, operations, and commercial teams. Your focus will be on identifying and developing additional transaction revenue channels through data analysis, feature gap identification, and business case development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support current local payment method business relationships
  • Monitor LPM relationships to identify problems, suggest improvements, and resolve issues with internal teams and tools
  • Develop new business opportunities with Acquirers
  • Collaborate with Product and Technical teams on payment method-related issues or improvements
  • Work closely with main Card Schemes
  • Review commercial and contractual terms with providers
  • Align regularly with other teams, including product, onboarding, and operations, to discuss LPM business and future plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest payment developments in the industry and share insights with relevant teams
  • Effectively communicate internally to provide a current and accurate view of the LPM's business results, current issues, products, and services, and future plans
Requirements:
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to excite and inspire others
  • Payment market knowledge
  • The desire to learn and grow
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on execution of activities
  • Analytical skills with a good eye for detail
  • Fluent English
  • Spanish is a plus
