Medical Sales Professional
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to drive business growth in our medical portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and providing training and support to dealers and distributors.
Job Responsibilities:- Manage territory performance to meet sales quotas
- Work with dealers to increase sell-out and demand generation
- Provide training to dealers and conduct field visits
- Support distributors with knowledge of vascular procedures, products, and competitors
- Develop and maintain key relationships with territory and distributor networks
- Assist distributors in identifying sales opportunities
- Develop sales plans and strategies for territory activities
- Maintain close contact with key customers to determine their needs
- Support marketing department activities
- Represent the company at trade shows and exhibitions
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5-7 years of proven sales experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel 60% of the time
- Basic proficiency in CRM/Salesforce, MS Office
