**Responsibilities:**
* Review and ensure data accuracy for incoming deals during pre-qualification.
* Route deals to relevant teams for further qualification and assessment.
* Advocate and ensure adherence to governance structures across all sales motions.
* Develop and maintain Deal Desk tools and templates.
* Schedule and manage all gate reviews throughout the deal flow.
* Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance and drive improvements.
* Generate and analyze metrics, reports, and dashboards on deal performance.
* Monitor and track pipeline, win/loss ratios, revenue split, and other KPIs.
* Provide data-driven recommendations and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions.
* Support project setup in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for resource assignment and time tracking.
* Facilitate regular board reviews for pipeline and staffing levels.
* Enable regular utilization and bid budget performance reporting.
**Qualifications:**
* 3-8 years of relevant experience in IT and business.
* Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
* Experience in deal desk, sales operations, or a related role within a services organization.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Codata.
* Experience in bid and proposal management; APMP Foundation Certification is an advantage.
