Our global team is growing rapidly, expanding its presence in Brazil. We need a talented professional to support our Legal, Compliance, and Sales departments in delivering a seamless experience to clients.

As a key liaison between LATAM clients and internal teams across the globe, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between clients and Legal/Compliance teams for smooth onboarding.
  • Support Legal and Compliance departments with translations and communications.
  • Manage contract workflows with Sales teams, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Assist AML Manager with KYC, client onboarding, and Due Diligence processes.
  • Support local Director with Corporate Governance and Secretarial duties.
  • Coordinate external advisors (lawyers, accountants) when required.
  • Provide support on general Brazilian corporate matters while liaising with Head Office.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, International Relations, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in contracts, compliance, legal support, or customer success.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) - Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • IT proficiency (CRM tools, MS Office/Google Workspace).
