Aircraft Engine Repair Specialist

The position requires an individual who can demonstrate accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area(s) of expertise, be involved in repair activities, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:Repair Engineer Duties:
- Develop procedures to repair aircraft engine components in accordance with technical requirements;
- Support production workflow within expected quality, TAT, and cost standards;
- Conduct in-depth studies on non-conformances and implement process corrections to prevent future failures;
- Collaborate with cost and productivity teams to reduce scrap rate and develop projects;
- Create reliable and structured repair instructions and provide revisions as necessary;
- Provide clarification and support to operational teams relative to doubts and requirements interpretation;
- Participate in internal and external technical meetings to solve complex problems and seek multidisciplinary interaction with component repair teams;
- Lead technical initiatives on the shop floor to support business metrics;
- Be available to work shifts to support production teams.
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese languages;
- Demonstrated desire to develop technical expertise;
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
