Senior Aircraft Engine Repair Technician

The role of GE Celma Repair Engineer encompasses accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop procedures to repair aircraft engine components in accordance with the Engine Shop Manual and technical requirements;
- Ensure production processes flow smoothly within expected Quality, TAT and Cost parameters;
- Analyze non-conformances, provide effective process correction to prevent future failures;
- Collaborate with Cost Team and Six Sigma Team to reduce scrap rate and develop productivity projects;
- Compile reliable and structured repair instructions and revise when the Engine Shop Manual is updated;
- Offer clarification and support to the Operational Team relative to doubts and requirements interpretation;
- Participate in internal and external technical meetings to solve complex problems; Seek multidisciplinary interaction with the Component Repair Team;
- Lead technical initiatives on the shop to support business metrics;
- Be available to work in shifts to support the Production Team.
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering;
- Fluent in English and Portuguese;
- Demonstrated desire to develop technical expertise;
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
