Role Summary

This role involves integrating and developing processes to meet business needs across the organization. The incumbent will be accountable for functional, business, and broad company objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as a demonstrated desire to develop technical expertise.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Develop procedures to repair aircraft engine components in accordance with technical requirements;
  • Support shop operations to maintain production flow within expected quality, time, and cost standards;
  • Conduct deep analysis on non-conformances and implement process corrections to prevent future failures;
  • Collaborate with the Cost Team and Six Sigma Team to reduce scrap rates and develop productivity projects;
  • Create reliable and structured repair instructions;
  • Provide clarification and support to the Operational Team relative to doubts and requirements interpretation;
  • Participate in internal and external technical meetings to solve complex problems;
  • Lead technical initiatives on the shop floor to support business metrics;
  • Work flexible shifts to support the Production Team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering;
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese;
  • Demonstrated desire to develop technical expertise;
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills;
  • Statistics basic knowledge;
  • Problem Solving tools knowledge.
