About the Role:

Lead a critical ERP implementation project for the Tax Brazil program. This requires hands-on leadership to drive execution and deliver a large-scale ERP system integrated with multiple satellite applications. Ideal candidate has deep experience in financial systems and knowledge of Brazilian regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage integrations with multiple satellite systems, applications, and interfaces.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation (charters, plans, risk registers, status reports) per PMP standards.
  • Identify, mitigate, and resolve project issues and risks to minimize schedule impact.
  • Serve as primary contact for stakeholders across finance, tax, IT, and external vendors.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's in IT, Computer Science, or related field; ability to bridge technical and business language.
  • 8+ years as an IT Project Manager with global/multinational experience.
  • Solid understanding of financial processes in a large ERP context (e.g., SAP, Oracle); direct experience with tax modules is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of PMP/PMI methodologies, governance, and delivery standards.
  • Full professional fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory; English is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences is a plus.
  • Subject matter expertise in the Brazilian Tax System and knowledge of Brazil Tax Reform implications.
  • Experience working with Brazil-based finance and tax teams.
