Job Title: America's eCommerce Specialist

Job Summary:

As a key member of the Continental team, we are seeking an experienced eCommerce Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and coordination of Marketing Systems that drive growth and efficiency for America's business. This role requires independent project planning and management, as well as regional leadership of eCommerce Sounding Board and Specialty Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of Marketing Systems that contribute to growth and efficiency for America's business.
• Plan and manage independent projects, ensuring successful implementation of new and enhanced system development.
• Lead Organizational Process Definition and Change Management to ensure successful implementation of new and enhanced system development.
• Regional leadership of eCommerce Sounding Board and Specialty Teams, steering and supporting America's eCommerce applications and platforms.
• Evaluate performance measurements for responsible applications.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, IT, or similar field.
• Professional experience in eBusiness, Marketing, IT Application Key User.
• Experience in Multi-Project Management.
• Several years of experience leading Cross Functional Project Teams.
• Expertise in Change Management, Training, and Customer Interaction.
• Advanced Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
