About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the South and Western Center region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales calls to promote and sell Medtronic products and services to existing and potential physicians and hospitals.
  • Manage sales agents and fiscal territories, controlling expenses, product returns, and product inventory.
  • Implement market development plans and quarterly sales plans to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Pursue leads, assess needs, and provide product and therapy technical support and service.
  • Partner with clinical teams to support doctors and provide clinical days and HCP education.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree completed.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Turnaround business experience within the medical device market.
  • Leadership experience.
