Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Medtronic is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives in the region.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct sales calls and presentations to promote Medtronic products and services.
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the medical device industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and objectives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Sales experience in coronary and TAVI medical devices.
  • Knowledge of business planning, consulting, and territory financial analysis.
  • Experience in identifying economic drivers to maximize performance.
