Job Title: Sales Manager - Beauty Care

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our Beauty Care team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide sales training and coaching to sales team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
