Senior Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top engineering talent in the IT sector.

  • Identify and engage with experienced engineers who are open to relocation opportunities.
  • Promote the benefits of living and working in Sweden to candidates.
  • Build trust with potential candidates and support them through the relocation process.
  • Collaborate with a global team of recruiters to handle relocation logistics, including visa applications, work permits, housing, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate with clients across various industries, including software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.

This is a long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur, offering a competitive remuneration package including starting at $1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes. The position offers 20 paid vacation days, free national holidays, and other benefits such as paid travels, housing, and per diem.
