Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist

Skillful engineers are in high demand in Sweden, with over 200 open positions for software engineers.

We seek a seasoned headhunter to identify top talent willing to relocate to Sweden. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment within the IT sector or similar technical experience.

A solid network of local engineering talent within IT is essential for success in this role. Service-oriented mindset, flexibility to find the best solution, and high-quality brand awareness are also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage engineers open to relocating to Sweden.
  • Explain and promote the benefits of living and working in Sweden to candidates.
  • Build trust with potential candidates and support them throughout the relocation process.
  • Collaborate with a global team of recruiters and the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation logistics.
  • Coordinate with clients across various countries to plan and execute recruitment activities.
Required Competence and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment within the IT sector or similar technical experience.
  • A solid network of local engineering talent within IT.
  • Service-oriented mindset with flexibility to find the best solution.
  • High quality and brand awareness.
  • Understanding of headhunting and the IT outstaffing/outsourcing model.
  • Upper intermediate English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and ability to learn new ones.
  • Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Self-confident, sociable, and outgoing with high self-motivation.
  • Persistent and resilient, able to handle rejection and continue pursuing opportunities.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude towards work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
