Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

At Ecolab Life Sciences, we are seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial deliverables and analysis for the enterprise-wide One Ecolab project. This role will support One Ecolab initiatives and maintain strong financial and accounting controls.

This position reports to the GBS+ Global Controller and is based in Buenos Aires. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, as well as 5-7 years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee One Ecolab accounting, forecasting, and planning activities for expense and capital expenditures
  • Develop and maintain efficient processes and controls
  • Develop and maintain tracking of One Ecolab financial and savings metrics for internal business partners; coordinate and deliver monthly reporting to key stakeholders
  • Support GBS+ controller with insights and analysis for executive leadership materials
  • Supervise and develop two analysts
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5-7 years of accounting and/or financial analysis
  • Advanced in Excel (including vlookups, pivot tables, building and maintaining models)
  • Demonstrated ability in variance analysis, reconciliations, month-end, and forecasting
  • Ability to drive change and standardize process and procedure
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong financial acumen with a background in accounting (US GAAP)
  • Self-motivated with ability to efficiently organize and prioritize competing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to navigate matrix organizations and varying stakeholders
  • Supervisor experience preferred but not required
