AirHelp, the world's largest organization specializing in air passenger rights, is seeking a Junior Operations Specialist to help passengers navigate complex flight regulations and obtain compensation when their flights are delayed, canceled, or diverted.
This role offers an exciting chance to work with diverse clients worldwide, leveraging your language skills in English and French (C1 level) to provide exceptional customer service. As a Flight Rights Advocate, you will be part of a global team that makes air travel better for all.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to air travelers regarding flight delays, cancellations, and diversions
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Utilize your analytical skills to identify solutions and resolve issues efficiently
- Become proficient in AirHelp's proprietary technology and innovative approaches to customer support
Your Ideal Profile:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in English and French (spoken and written), with a minimum C1 level
- Proven experience working with targets and deadlines
- A willingness to learn and grow with the company
- An excellent communication style, balancing empathy and efficiency
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
