Network Delivery Expert Wanted

At the forefront of network innovation, we seek a skilled Network Delivery Manager to drive our team forward. As a critical member of our global network team, you will be responsible for engaging with ISP partners to identify and resolve complex challenges.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in network performance and reliability goals, with experience in translating these goals into actionable requirements and driving roadmaps with internal and external partners. A portfolio manager with expertise in ISP partnerships, including peering and caching footprint monitoring, utilization, and performance, is also essential.

The successful Network Delivery Manager will participate in business reviews and strategic planning sessions with key network partners, presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences. This role requires close collaboration with engineering planning sourcing & interconnection teams to generate RFP/RFQs for deployment work. Additionally, the ability to analyze data from various sources, identify opportunities for automation and tooling, and provide analysis and planning support to cross-functional teams is crucial.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in technical or business-related fields and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
  • Experience in configuration of network elements such as Juniper routers switches etc CCNA a plus.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to negotiations with network partners.
  • Understanding of internet infrastructure fundamentals related to peering content delivery networks and caching.
  • High-level project management skills to drive improvements.
  • Business and technical knowledge of networking particularly in peering and transit.
