About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our selection expansion efforts in Brazil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improving customer experience through strategic product decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive selection strategy to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with senior leadership to drive meaningful discussions and solve problems.
  • Own the selection funnel, identifying scalable initiatives to efficiently move selection from listing to first sale.
  • Work with Marketplace counterparts to create and implement the Stores level selection strategy to grow FT GV across the business.
Requirements
  • Experience with product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end to end product delivery.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience as a product manager or owner.
  • Experience owning technology products.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese (oral and written).
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or Master's Degree in Business or related fields.
  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
