Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

The Quality Assurance Technician plays a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality are met in the production process.
This individual will be responsible for inspecting and testing products to identify any defects or anomalies, as well as implementing corrective actions to prevent similar issues from arising in the future.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct regular inspections of products and materials to ensure compliance with established quality standards
- Identify and report any defects or anomalies to the production team
- Implement corrective actions to prevent similar issues from arising in the future
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues
The Quality Assurance Technician will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of inspection results, identifying trends and patterns, and making recommendations for process improvements.
Key Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science)
- 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance role
- Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
