Corporate Governance and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to play a pivotal role in maintaining and refining our corporate Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of GRC tools and their underlying infrastructure.
Your Responsibilities:- Administer and maintain GRC tools;
- Collaborate with evidence collection and audit readiness teams;
- Maintain an up-to-date IT and Cybersecurity risk registry;
- Develop and sustain compliance frameworks and control mapping;
- Support internal assessments and risk analysis efforts;
- Work collaboratively with other teams to automate compliance tasks;
- Manage third-party vendors' risks and compliance.
- Familiarity with prominent compliance and regulatory frameworks such as PCI, SOC 2, ISO, LGPD, and GDPR;
- Experience working with GRC platforms and tools;
- Strong analytical and documentation skills;
- Proficiency in shell scripting and automation technologies;
- Working knowledge of Linux systems;
- Excellent team-oriented and organizational skills;
- Fluency in English for effective technical communication.
