Senior Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Enterprise Account Manager to drive strategic growth in the retail and consumer products segment.

In this role, you will collaborate with a select group of large customers, where a bespoke approach is essential. Your ability to comprehend complex business requirements and provide tailored solutions is crucial.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned analytical thinker who thrives in fast-paced dynamic environments and possesses strong communication and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive revenue growth in assigned accounts;
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline including opportunities in existing accounts as well as driving net new business in untapped customers;
  • Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically;
  • Formulate compelling value propositions around cloud computing services;
  • Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy;
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement;
  • Solid skills working with partners to manage joint selling opportunities;
  • Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of cloud services as well as best practices implementations;
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
