Cloud Infrastructure Leadership Position

At our company, we are looking for a Cloud Engineering Manager to lead our BootStack team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and experience managing engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on private infrastructure. This is a remote role with opportunities for global travel.
Responsibilities- Optimize the quality and velocity of development and operations by managing a growing engineering team.
- Identify and measure team health indicators to implement disciplined engineering and operations processes.
- Represent the team with stakeholders, customers, and external teams to ensure proper focus on priorities, milestones, and deliverables.
- Work with service level agreements to meet customer deployments around the globe.
- Deliver managed services in a consistent and timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in a technology field.
- Proven track record of professional experience in software delivery or managing operations teams.
- Experience with OpenStack and Linux system administration, preferably Ubuntu/Debian.
- Strong communication and cooperation skills.
- Experience with agile software development methodologies and distributed teams.
- Technical aptitude for understanding complex distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud topologies and technologies.
