Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in optimizing business efficiency, standardization, and value creation through automation and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Systems Implementation Support:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy new financial tools (e.g., OneStream), ensuring seamless testing, data mapping, validation, and deployment activities.
    • Contribute to planning and executing the training timeline for system users, identifying key stakeholders, and facilitating knowledge transfer.
    • Provide ongoing support during the hypercare phase and contribute to the definition of the long-term support model.
  • Process Assessment & Improvement:
    • Analyze current financial processes, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains, and eliminate non-value-added activities to enhance productivity.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of global financial reporting standards, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Data Management & Documentation:
    • Review and validate financial data elements to ensure consistency across systems and maintain data quality.
    • Manage large datasets to support reporting and analysis needs, ensuring data integrity and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between finance, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication and requirement implementation.
    • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and project execution.
  • Leadership in Closing and Planning Cycles:
    • Drive coordination efforts for global planning and closing activities, ensuring timely completion and alignment across regions.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation:
    • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance FP&A capabilities and create value for the organization.
    Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • Experience in FP&A, preferably in a global or matrixed environment.
    • Strong knowledge of financial systems, data standards, and data mapping processes.
    • Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and strong analytical mindset.
    • Proactive and collaborative, with the ability to work independently and influence others.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Experience with financial systems such as OneStream, SAP, or similar platforms is an asset.
