Business Growth Manager: Amazon Seller Central Expert

The primary role of this position is to establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients. A key responsibility involves overseeing client milestones, ensuring that their requirements are met, and verifying that any issues or pain points are resolved.

A successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, including its various features such as flat files, inventory management, FBA, reinstatements, case filing, PPC, brand registry, SEO, Helium10, and keyword research.

This position requires excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead a team, hire, and manage direct reports in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in tools such as Zoom, Slack, Clickup, or similar is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Oversee client milestones and ensure requirements are met.
  • Resolve client issues and pain points.
  • Lead retention efforts through proposals, contract negotiation, and pitches for upgrades or upsells.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction by ensuring clients complete quarterly surveys.
  • Recommend improvements to clients' strategies.
  • Ensure tasks are completed on time and meet client contract requirements.
  • Develop an understanding of clients' businesses, competition, and marketing objectives.
  • Regularly monitor and report on clients' performance, ensuring goals are met.
  • Perform account audits, including onboarding and board reviews.
  • Coordinate with brand managers and ensure updates and tasks are managed properly.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Manage Amazon audits, assist desk, and monitor churn.
  • Establish clear communication between account managers and clients.
  • Maintain key performance indicators such as ad spend, churn rate, audit completion, client reviews, and bonuses.
  • Ensure clients launch within 7 days and maintain high satisfaction levels.
