Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our product development efforts. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving product strategies from concept to launch. They will be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in fintech or related industry
  • Proven track record of leading successful product launches and meeting customer needs
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
