Creator Marketing Specialist.

Job Description:
A dynamic role has become available in our marketing team, focusing on influencer and creator partnerships. We're looking for an individual with a proven track record of managing end-to-end campaigns from strategy development to campaign reporting and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the management of influencer and content creator relationships and campaign deliverables.
- Ideate innovative strategies and look for trends on social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Source, onboard, negotiate, and manage content creator and influencer contracts and content deliverables.
- Build and distribute creative briefs and review content to ensure it meets stakeholder expectations.
- Utilize best practices to drive performance, conversions, and boosted reach through paid media ad spend (whitelisting, repurposing content, and boosted posts).

Requirements:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing management (excluding internships).
- Proven ability to work productively in autonomous and team settings alike.
- Experience with discovery/automation platforms used to source, evaluate, and manage influencer relationships.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with experience maintaining creator and influencer contacts/networks.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment where responsibilities and projects may shift at a moment's notice.
- A creative mind who can bring innovative ideas to the table for growing brand presence and awareness.
