The successful candidate will provide vital administrative and facilities support to a manager and client, including planning routine maintenance of installations, cleaning equipment, and systems, fumigation, and other tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative duties encompassing cost management and budget control
  • Generating operational plans and reports
  • Collaborating with the infrastructure manager to plan equipment replacements
  • Coordinating operations teams for kitchen maintenance and repair
  • Monitoring supplier services in the kitchen area
  • Maintaining organized records of work performed
  • Coordinating additional tasks as required
  • General support to the Facilities department, especially regarding interactions with suppliers and installations across offices
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a degree in Engineering or Administration is desirable
  • A collaborative profile is essential
  • Strong financial skills are necessary
  • Intermediate-level English proficiency is required
