BioCatch is a leader in Behavioral Biometrics, leveraging machine learning to analyze users' physical and cognitive digital behavior for protection. The company's mission is to unlock the power of behavior and deliver actionable insights for a digital world where identity, trust, and ease coexist.

We are seeking a Solutions Engineer to onboard customers and partners to our solutions. This role is suitable for individuals with solid hands-on technical experience and great customer-facing skills.

This role will involve leading implementations and other technical projects, enabling our anti-fraud solutions for web and mobile applications. Our customers are primarily financial institutions like banks and credit unions, but not exclusively.

You will be working with Executives, Project Managers, and Developers, requiring superb can-do attitude, solid project management skills, and strong frontend/fullstack technical background to overcome integration challenges.

As part of the Solutions Engineering team, you'll contribute to documentation, lead workshops, and help improve processes and practices.

Requirements
  • Technical Experience:
    • Integration Skills: 3+ years of experience integrating cloud solutions, especially in web/mobile contexts, including APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrations.
    • Familiarity with popular programming languages and frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, React Native, Cordova, Swift, Kotlin, Flutter, Ionic).
    • Familiarity with SQL and data & analytics platforms and tools, such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks.
  • Customer-Facing Skills:
    • Experience working with customers: ability to onboard and support world-class customers, particularly in the financial sector.
    • Excellent Communication: ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including Executives, Project Managers, and Developers.
    • Can-Do Attitude: proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and overcoming challenges.
  • Project Management:
    • Project Leadership: experience leading technical projects, including implementations and integrations, from start to finish.
    • Organizational Skills: strong organizational and time management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
