About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our team at Dow Brasil Ind e Com de Produtos Quimicos Ltda. in São Paulo, Brazil. As a Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and optimizing digital business processes to deliver advanced business capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Mapping: Explore, analyze, and map business processes to identify critical process activities and model process flow.
  • Analysis: Detail critical process activities, identify bottlenecks, and model process flow to optimize process performance.
  • Performance: Define controls, measures, and KPIs for process performance and reliability.
  • Optimization: Identify, test, and validate options for continuous improvement and step changes.
  • IT Enablement/Digitalization: Participate in projects to design process-based requirements, functional design, and technical design for business process enabling solutions.
  • End-to-End Integration: Coordinate with other Business Process Managers for end-to-end process optimization and integration.
  • Support: Provide process and functional support regarding financial reports, purchase orders, invoices, and accruals.
  • Business Value: Contribute to translating process performance into business performance measured through value realization.
  • Process Expertise: Support and foster a community of Business Process experts and act as a thought leader in a specific domain.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, general business, or IT discipline preferred.
  • 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong SAP knowledge.
  • Previous experience with Process Mapping and Process Expertise.
  • Fluent in English in verbal and written communications.
