We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Manager to join our team at BD. As a Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of supporting, implementing, and improving business processes for our business units, functions, and regions.

Main Activities:

As a Business Process Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leads and manages all aspects of supporting, implementing, and improving business processes for the business units, functions, and regions.
  • Ensures the process design and system usage aligns to business, regional, and functional strategy.
  • Provides business case rationale and requirements for enhancements to processes and systems.
  • Ensures integration across processes is considered.
  • Supports the development of organizational capabilities related to mega processes and the overall Business Process Management strategy.
  • Partners with the Business Process Network on process and system enhancements.
  • Remains closely linked to process leadership and the Super User network.
  • Proactively communicates with the Super User network.
  • Facilitates Super User meetings to drive best practices and the execution of projects and day-to-day operations.
  • Drives process optimization and promotes commonality in processes and tools.
  • Uses Continuous Improvement capabilities (Six Sigma, Lean, MES, and validation tools coupled with ERP).

Requirements:

To be successful as a Business Process Manager, you will need:

  • A completed degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, and/or related fields.
  • Fluent English and Portuguese.
  • Intermediate Spanish.
  • Experience in Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma.
  • Strong functional experience in SAP and interfaces.
