Business Transformation Leader

We are seeking a Business Transformation Leader to drive cost excellence and improve operational efficiency at our manufacturing facilities. In this dynamic role, you will lead financial planning operations, provide strategic insights, and collaborate with leadership to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Financial Planning: Manage all financial planning functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Strategic Partner: Collaborate with leadership to set business goals and create metrics for success.
  • Drive Efficiency: Deliver data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability, manage and document cost savings projects and their status.
  • Analyze & Improve: Evaluate operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions for continuous improvement on costs, material yields, capacity, and equipment utilization.
  • Strategic Planning: Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and business development proposals.
Your Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, focus/major in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics or related field highly preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years in Plant Finance and/or Cost Accounting, preferably within a consumer products environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to influence, manage, and motivate teams while fostering collaboration and results-driven performance.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of manufacturing and cost accounting, with experience in developing complex financial models.
