Manufacturing Operations Director

This leadership role oversees the manufacturing operations of an anesthetic agent production facility. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of cGMP, distillation, reactors, and hazardous chemical handling.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure safety reviews are completed for all projects and operational changes
- Implement improvements to enhance operational safety
- Meet lost time and OSHA recordable safety goals
- Maintain compliance with process safety management standards
- Develop a culture of zero tolerance for accidents
- Maintain high standards in housekeeping
- Oversee day-to-day production operations for multiple product lines
- Troubleshoot production, quality, and equipment problems
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred)
- 10–15 years experience in chemical/API manufacturing
- 5+ years leading engineers & manufacturing teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, coaching abilities & passion for safety
