Clinical Care Leader

The Nursing Manager role at Hanover Hill Behavioral Health is responsible for managing, directing, and coordinating the delivery of care for an assigned patient treatment unit(s) in accordance with established standards of care, mental health practice, and hospital policy, goals and objectives.
This position assists in contributing to the hospital's mission, objectives, and performance and quality improvement efforts, while providing supervision to the nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities:- Managing and directing the delivery of care for an assigned patient treatment unit(s)
- Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Supervising nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care
- Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing required
- Current licensure in Pennsylvania required
- 3-5 years of nursing experience required
- Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements preferred
