About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Design Manager to join our team at Poatek. As a key member of our product consulting business, you'll be responsible for mentoring and growing individual product teams, driving creative direction, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design strategies that drive business growth and user engagement
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to designers, researchers, and strategists to help them reach their full potential
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored design solutions
  • Lead and manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget results
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in the design industry, with a proven track record of leading design teams and delivering high-impact projects
  • C1 or C2 level of English proficiency
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, human-computer interaction, and visual design
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
