About the Role

We are seeking a proficient and efficient Frozen Food Server to join our team. As a Frozen Food Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring prompt and accurate sales processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment
  • Restock shelves, rotate merchandise, and maintain inventory levels to ensure an attractive and well-stocked store environment

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a server or retail sales associate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic math skills
