Job Title: Senior Food and Beverage Supervisor

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and achieving departmental targets.

  • Supervise food and beverage outlet operations to deliver high standards of service and quality.\
  • Communicate and delegate tasks effectively to the team to ensure smooth operation.\
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and policies.\
  • Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner.\
  • Represent the needs of the team and assist management in achieving financial targets.\
  • Assist with training and development of team members.\
  • Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.\
  • Be environmentally aware and contribute to reducing waste and carbon emissions.\
  • Assist other departments as needed and maintain good working relationships.\
  • Previous experience in food and beverage supervision or management is essential.\
  • Strong communication and leadership skills are required.\
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to develop team members are essential.\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.\
  • Flexibility to respond to changing work situations.\\
