Food and Beverage Attendant

This role plays a vital part in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and in-hotel cafes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and efficient service to guests, including serving as a barista or cocktail attendant/bartender if required.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu content, any menu changes, and promotional activities.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the service area.
  • Manage customer accounts efficiently and effectively.
  • Respond to guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
