**Job Title:** IT Business Analyst
">As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the needs of the business with technology. You will be responsible for leading the analysis of Information Systems needs and identifying options for improving processes and technology.
">This is an internal consultancy role that requires strong analytical and communication skills. You will need to understand and interpret complex business requirements and drive technical solutions. Your role will involve working with multiple stakeholders, including business users, programmers, and other IT teams.
">The successful candidate will have experience in using agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Click-Up. They will also have knowledge of database models, integration models, and cloud platforms. Familiarity with programming languages, operating systems, and platforms is a plus.
">We are looking for a hands-on analyst who can lead efforts to establish deliverables and detail customer requirements. You will need to elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, and requirement-gathering techniques.
">Your ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and resolve conflicts will be essential. You will also need to work autonomously to set priorities for the team and resolve issues across business functions.
">In this role, you will serve as the conduit between the customer community and the software development team. You will need to successfully engage and lead in multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive and challenge business units on their assumptions.
">You will have the opportunity to work with Solution Architects to create a regional technology roadmap and work with Operations to determine root cause of repeated problems and define potential system improvements.
