About the Role

In this rewarding position, you will provide personalized support and companionship to adults in need, enabling them to maintain their autonomy and well-being.

  • You will work closely with a registered nurse to develop and implement a written plan of care, focusing on activities of daily living, household support, and companion care services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients with bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care, and other essential activities.
  • Providing household support, such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
  • Preparing and serving meals, as well as assisting with medication reminders.
  • Supporting clients with range of motion exercises and ambulation.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A strong passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned.
  • A commitment to delivering patient care with compassion, excellence, and reliability.
