Tarefas Principais:
- Fornecer orientação especializada em produtos médicos;
- Realizar treinamentos e capacitações para profissionais da saúde sobre as últimas tecnologias;
- Oferecer atendimento personalizado e soluções inovadoras;
- Participar de workshops e eventos médicos, representando nossas novas tecnologias;
- Colaborar com a equipe comercial para garantir satisfação dos clientes e fortalecer relacionamentos;
- Monitorar o desempenho dos produtos no mercado e fornecer feedback técnico para melhoria contínua.
Habilidades Requeridas:
- Graduação em áreas relacionadas à saúde ou ciências, como Enfermagem, Fisioterapia, Biomedicina, Engenharia Biomédica ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência prévia em suporte clínico ou atendimento técnico, preferencialmente em dispositivos médicos ou setores relacionados;
- Conhecimento em anatomia, fisiologia e procedimentos médicos;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e ensino, com perfil colaborativo e foco no cliente;
