Job Description

This is a pivotal role within our organization, focusing on end-to-end IT projects and digital technologies for finance, HR, legal, and CO in Brazil operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the digital portfolio for HR and legal areas, driving strategic initiatives and process enhancements.
  • Develop project plans, build relationships with business teams, and lead the implementation of local and regional projects.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects in the Brazil market, leveraging expertise in digital technologies.
  • Lead and evaluate opportunities to leverage RPAs within finance, HR in Brazil, driving efficiency and cost savings.
  • Support business areas in process models review and discussions as an IT analyst, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
Key Interfaces:
  • Finance, HR, procurement, and legal departments.
  • Global platforms and strategic vendors (local and global).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Project management skills, including agile frameworks and methodologies.
  • Vendor management expertise, ensuring effective partnerships and contract administration.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerApps, SQL, Outsystems, and AzureDevOps, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Broad knowledge of technology trends, staying up-to-date with industry developments and innovations.
  • Resilience under pressure and ambiguity, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative team environment and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields, with advanced proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
