We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Consultant to collaborate with our Human Resources department. As an integral team member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Facilitate regular meetings with business units and management to provide expert guidance on HR matters.
- Analyze employee retention trends and metrics to develop innovative solutions and policies that enhance staff loyalty.
- Stay informed about labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America, ensuring compliance and minimizing legal risks.
- Offer guidance and support in interpreting HR policies and procedures.
- Resolve complex employee-related issues effectively.
- Provide assistance to international employees with expatriation assignments and HR-related matters.
- Previous experience in similar roles within the industry.
- In-depth knowledge of labor regulations in Argentina and Latin America.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Desirable: Experience in the IT sector or regional responsibility.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
