HR Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As a trusted advisor, you will drive HR initiatives that support our company's growth, culture, and organizational effectiveness.

In this role, you will partner with senior leadership and management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. You will also design and implement organizational structures that enhance efficiency and support business growth.

You will be responsible for coaching and developing leaders to build strong leadership capabilities across the organization. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance on organizational design, talent management, employee relations, and performance management.

This is a hybrid role that requires you to work in our Belo Horizonte office 2-3 days per week. We offer a competitive salary, paid in BRL, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Our ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role. They must be fluent in English and have strong interpersonal and influencing skills. They should also have proven experience in organizational design, including org structure development, job architecture, and operating model design.

The successful candidate will have a track record of coaching and developing leaders at various levels. They should also have demonstrated experience using AI tools and technologies in HR processes. In addition, they should be able to lead projects and work in a matrix structure, collaborating effectively with global cross-functional teams.
