Job Title: Finance & Business Management - Planning & Analysis Associate

This role involves providing strategic financial analysis and oversight, as well as coordinating budgeting and forecasting within the finance and business management team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage key financial metrics such as expenses, headcount, and financial modeling to deliver value-added financial reporting and analysis.
  • Calculate and consolidate month-end results, forecast for the remainder of the year, and budget for future years.
  • Perform variance analysis to understand key drivers of results and provide commentary on changes from prior forecasts/budgets.
  • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting of results and drivers for senior management.
  • Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible.
  • Drive global consistency and create synergies across the team through project work.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a technical subject.
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience in the Finance and Planning field.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Inquisitive, enthusiastic, diligent, and capable of challenging peers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
  • Highly motivated and able to thrive under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Able to be respected as a trusted partner for the Business, Finance, and FP&A Teams.
