Job Title: Cybersecurity Expert

We are seeking a skilled cybersecurity expert to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to assess their security postures and develop strategic roadmaps to enhance their cloud security architecture.

• Develop and implement cloud security best practices, including DevSecOps strategy, Zero Trust design, and cloud incident response.
• Interface with clients to address concerns, issues, or escalations, and track progress to resolution.
• Provide guidance on building and maturing cybersecurity programs, as well as implementing tools and technologies for enterprise security.
• Lead the execution of consulting engagements and deliverables from start to finish, leading teams in analyzing requirements and collaborating with other members to produce prioritized results aligned with client needs and risk profile.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience assessing and developing cybersecurity solutions and programs across security domains.
• 5 years of experience delivering cyber outcomes, identifying mission risks, and devising solutions.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time as required.
• Fluent English communication skills to support client relationship management in this region.

This role involves leveraging our cyber strategy consulting and advisory services to help clients achieve cyber resilience in an evolving threat landscape. Our team combines frontline cyber expertise with Google Cloud's scale and technology, navigating the evolving cybersecurity landscape of Latin America.

We deliver offensive security services (red teaming, penetration testing) to proactively identify vulnerabilities before adversaries do. We provide security consulting, helping clients build mature cybersecurity programs aligned with their business objectives and regional regulations. We translate our threat intelligence into actionable insights for clients.

• Strong knowledge of cloud security architectures, governance, and standards.
• Experience with DevSecOps strategy, Zero Trust design, and cloud incident response.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
