AI Solutions Architect

We're a leading provider of custom software solutions that empower businesses to transform their industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs and participate in strategic discussions to shape compelling AI offerings;
- Partner with clients to develop AI roadmaps, prioritize use cases, and translate business objectives into actionable AI solutions;
- Design and lead proof-of-concepts using Generative AI and Predictive AI models;
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients understand the role of AI in their product or data journey;
- Contribute to proposal development, workshops, and documentation for AI adoption initiatives;
- Optionally: Leverage expertise to evangelize our capabilities through writing, speaking, or mentoring internally;
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML delivery, with a proven track record of predictive and generative AI solutions in business settings;
- Demonstrated consulting experience; Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and models;
- Experience building or advising on predictive modeling pipelines, utilizing scikit-learn, XGBoost, Prophet, etc.;
- Strong communication skills: able to present to executives and business users, explain technical concepts, and convey data insights effectively;
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices is a plus;
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to drive projects, shape goals, and navigate ambiguity with confidence;
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Prior experience in fractional CTO roles or acting as a strategic technical advisor;
- Background in startup consulting, product ideation, or venture-backed AI/ML companies;
- Experience with multi-modal AI or agent-based systems;
- Public speaking, writing, or AI evangelism contributions.
