About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Kenvue. As a key member of our Procurement pillar, you will be responsible for driving best-in-class, cost-effective financial, compliance, procurement, and enablement solutions to our Operating Companies around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align with Stakeholders
    • Support Category Managers in identifying stakeholders and developing sourcing strategies.
    • Engage with stakeholders throughout the strategy development and sourcing execution process.
    • Prepare stage gate documentation.
  • Support Sourcing
    • Support Category Managers in analyzing and defining category spend baselines and profiles.
    • Develop Go-To-Market and negotiation strategies in alignment with Category Managers.
    • Provide support during supplier screening and selection processes.
    • Perform sourcing management and Category Manager activities for projects with limited complexity.
  • Execute End-to-End Sourcing Projects
    • Participate in internal and external analysis in collaboration with Category Managers.
    • Perform supplier selection and fact-based negotiations, validated by Category Managers.
    • Involves business for actions related to supplier base optimization, KPI implementation, and follow-up.
    • Conduct spend map analysis to monitor spend and ensure purchases follow the purchasing process.
    • Continuously track forecasted vs. actual savings according to the Value Tracking Process for categories in scope.
  • Interface with Procurement Organization and Product Development Teams
    • Interface between Procurement organization and product development, planning, and supply teams in the region.
    • Provide insights on Procurement analytics and data to support operations.
Qualifications
  • Required Qualifications
    • Academic background: Appropriate University/bachelor degree qualification is essential.
    • Language Capabilities: Fluent Portuguese and intermediate English is required.
    • Experience: 3-4 years' professional experience in the same functional domain or other related positions.
  • Desired Qualifications
    • Strong ability to manage deadlines, assess, and communicate risk.
    • Technologically savvy, stakeholder focus; flexibility to adapt to the needs of the business.
    • Leadership & collaboration skills.
    • Experience working with Procurement related platforms.
