Senior Tax Project Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Project Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional to lead and coordinate the implementation of fiscal solutions during SAP S/4HANA rollouts.

The successful candidate will facilitate communication and collaboration among international teams, conducting discovery sessions and scoping fiscal requirements, and performing fit-gap analyses to identify gaps between existing business processes and standardized SAP S/4HANA solutions.

This role requires strong project leadership skills, including end-to-end project management in multinational environments. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and projects to senior management and other stakeholders, are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of fiscal solutions during SAP S/4HANA rollouts;
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among international teams;
  • Perform fit-gap analyses to identify gaps between existing business processes and standardized SAP S/4HANA solutions;
  • Collaborate with the tax department and business stakeholders to understand their requirements;
  • Guide and support the local implementation team throughout the SAP S/4HANA Tax implementation journey;
  • Follow standard methodology to monitor actions, update documents, and manage workload;
  • Manage and oversee all stages of the fiscal implementation project;
Requirements:
  • Completed higher education in Administration, Accounting, Systems Analysis or related fields;
  • Mandatory English (Advanced);
  • Solid background in tax regulations and compliance;
  • Strong project leadership skills, including end-to-end project management in multinational environments;
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present ideas and projects to senior management and other stakeholders;
